We think a lot of you guys are going to be interested in the Samurai class in Elden Ring as it has a lot of things to like.

A solid defense should at least provide you with a fighting chance while you find your feet and decent melee stats that can be coupled with ranged abilities should be enough to see you on your way to a really good hybrid build from the off. Plus samurai are cool, right? Whatever game they appear in.

High Endurance and Dexterity go hand in hand with some great starter weaponry making the Samurai a deadly class to play with. The Uchigatana katana sword you start with has an innate ability to cause enemies to bleed which is more than useful. With long-ranged attacking abilities thrown in too, a well-rounded Samurai build can wreak a fair bit of havoc within Elden Ring.

Let’s now take a closer look at all the Bandit’s baseline stats and starting equipment to arm you with as much knowledge as possible for the journey ahead.
