Uh oh, Halo Infinite leaks are surfacing once again, this time on the game’s campaign. As we are already aware, there are press previews out now, allowing press, influencers, and content creators the opportunity to play the game early to some degree. The result of it is footage getting out there. In this instance, it appears to be some form of campaign start, which feature’s Halo Infinite’s Atriox.

The Halo Infinite Atriox Leak

Spoiler warning

Okay, we’ve given a spoiler warning from the get-go. The leak shows off footage from the campaign, so turn away if you want to be completely spoiler-free. Still here? Well,  the Halo Infinite leak isn’t that big of a spoiler, presuming it’s the start of the campaign.

The cinematic opens up with a space battle, which is not unusual, with the Halo Infinite 2 campaign opening up in a similar fashion. However, Master Chief isn’t giving the Covenant back their bomb. Instead, Atriox, the big brute, kicks his head in and yeets Chief to Infinite.

In terms of the actual story we know so far, it isn’t too surprising this is how it is set up. We know that the UNMC faced defeat. Marines are imprisoned all over the Infinite game world, requiring the chief to rescue them.

However, it is setting up Halo Infinite’s Atriox that has the real deal. He blindsided Master Chief and then proceeded to beat him up and down the space station/ship thing. Atriox then freely drops Chief into space, presuming how he lands on the Infinite ring, and we get the campaign rolling. The whole attitude of Atriox is disrespectful to Chief, not finishing him when he could.

However, the trailer doesn’t reference the other plotline of the game. We know Chief has a new AI and is also missing Cortana simultaneously, as seen with the October’21 campaign trailer. That plotline is still unspoiled and unleaked, so we still have quite a lot of mystery remaining for December 8th’s campaign unlock.
