How to Complete What Was Lost in Horizon Forbidden West

After talking to Kotallo in the Base or The Memorial Grove, you will find out that the NPC wants to build a new arm using ancient Zenith technology. It is up to Aloy to help him by retrieving parts from the Zenith lab. Head to the designated campfire and interact to call Kotallo, which will trigger a cutscene.

There will be some machines that get in your way. You can choose to sneak past them or kill them for parts. Head inside the Zenith Lab and make your way to the Storage Room. The path is linear and you will not have to worry about getting lost along the way.

Once you enter the main area, head to the corridor that has a burrower. Head up the stairs and down the corridor where you will spot some broken glass. This is the spot where you found Beta earlier in the campaign.

After you make your way through the hole in the glass, search the storage room and find an access point. Kill the enemies and find what you need to trigger the end of the quest. All you need to do is hand over the components you find to Kotallo and wait for him to rebuild the arm. Kotallo will want to test out the arm against a Scorcher and you need to accompany him to get a cool cutscene that will end the mission and you will get your quest rewards.
