Persona 5 Royal is a game that many people have been begging to come to the Nintendo Switch for a while now, and a game that’s constantly just out of reach. Now, it looks like the game might actually be coming to Nintendo Switch.

Persona 5 Royal Switch Release?

Persona 5 Royal was announced earlier this month to be releasing on the Xbox later this year, along with releases of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden. This brought on questions of whether or not the Nintendo Switch would also see such releases, but as of yet there’s been absolutely no official world on it. There has however been a leak on a storefront that shows a listing for a Nintendo Switch version of Persona 5 Royal to be released in October of this year, although it’s rather unclear as to whether or not this is simply a placeholder date included until the game is officially announced.

What is Persona 5 Royal?

Persona 5 Royal was released in March 2020 worldwide, and included a massive swathe of extra content. It’s a massive game and one that would be rather brilliant to play on the go, but take this with a grain of salt. Atlus and SEGA haven’t yet gave a statement on whether the Nintendo Switch is getting the game, but they have announced that the PlayStation 5, Steam and the Xbox Series X/Xbox Series S will be getting a release of the game.
