Day 3 of the Thermaltake 2020 Expo, and there have been some more demos of big-ticket items that are sure to be of interest to a lot of PC gamers and enthusiasts out there. No more fuss let’s jump straight into what was announced today by the Thermaltake team.
Thermaltake Pacific PR32-D5 Plus Reservoir & Pump Combo
For all those out there who are looking for a way to keep their CPU cool in style, Thermaltake’s new Pacific Reservoir & Pump Combo could be the answer your looking for. Its equipped with 12 high lumen LED lights, which are bound to help it stand out in the interior of your PC, whilst its 300ml capacity reservoir will be capable of cooling your CPU with the compatible CPU water blocks being released alongside this reservoir.
Both water blocks (the Pacific W7 and the Pacific MX1) will be capable of cooling both Intel and AMD universal brackets, and of course, each is equipped with RGB capability. Both also feature built-in temperature sensors to help users keep better track of their CPU temperature while they game – and it also transmits this temperature to the RGB plus software, so gamers can check their temperature just by looking at their CPU mid-game – pretty handy.
ARGB TH120 AIO Cooler
More cooling news from Thermaltake, this time in the form of a brand new all in one water cooler, the ARGB TH120/240/360 AIO.
PC gamers and enthusiasts might be interested to learn that not only does this AIO cooler feature ‘excellent heat extraction’, but also a pump is hidden in the ARGB block to keep the copper plates on the AIO cool at all times. Also, Thermaltake is tipping this AIO cooler to be an affordable option in their range, so if the cost is something that weighs heavily on your mind then this could be the AIO solution for you.
And, because it really is all the rage in PC gaming, this AIO cooler will of course come equipped with RGB. The RGB will be able to sync with 5V capable motherboards from Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, and ASRock, and will all be able to be controlled via the attached smart fan controllers. Definitely one to look out for if you are going to be building a PC on a budget, and you’re looking for a cheap AIO, this could be the one to go for.
Toughfan 12
More cooling news, this time in the form of the Toughfan 12 high static pressure fan. This is a PWM controlled fan, with a maximum operating speed of 2000 RPM that’s optimized for high static pressure whilst still operating at a very quiet noise level. Pretty standard stuff – but if you think that you might need a decent fan that is capable of running quietly, this could be a good option.
Think you are going to need RGB on that fan? Don’t worry, Thermaltake got you covered. The Pure Duo 12/14 ARGB Radiator fan is another PWM controlled fan with two independent rings that each feature nine addressable RGB lights – capable of syncing up with 5V capable motherboards from ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI and ASRock.
