Can I Run Blood Bowl 3 On My Computer?

Blood Bowl 3 is on its way and it’s going to be a whole barrel of carnage, strategy, and hilarious commentary. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re going to be able to run the game. If you want to be sure one way or the other, you’re going to need to check your system specs.

If you want to do that, you should follow our guide on the subject. If you found out that your system isn’t strong enough, then you’re going to need to invest in some improved hardware one way or another.

Blood Bowl 3 Release Date & Game Details

Release Date : Feb 2022
System Requirements : Low-mid
Genre : Turn-Based Strategy/Sports
Developer : Cyanide Studio
Publisher : Nacon

Blood Bowl 3 is based on the famous fantasy football game released in the late 80s by Games Workshop, creators of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000. This parody of American football casts fantasy archetypes as the different teams, and tasks players with running different plays to win the game like traditional football, but with much more violence.

Being based on a tabletop miniatures game, it shouldn’t be too much of a shock that Blood Bowl 3 opts for a turn-based strategy style of gameplay. On top of that, the style of American football lends itself well to turn-based strategy, with each play only typically lasting around 4 seconds.

One of the biggest changes coming to the game is the rules it is based on. The previous title was based on the 2016 edition of the tabletop game, while this latest version will be using the 2020 rules that flesh out some of the characters of your team a little more.

What Gaming PC Do We Recommend To Play Blood Bowl 3?

Blood Bowl 3 isn’t a ridiculously intensive game by any means, but it’s still going to require some semi-decent hardware if you hope to have a smooth experience at 1080p. You can probably get a PC capable of playing this game for around $600 if you go for a self-build route. Of course, that doesn’t cover running the game at higher resolutions, framerates, or with higher graphical settings, which will run you closer to $800.

Of course, if you don’t feel comfortable building your own machine then you’ll need to buy a pre-built, and they’re typically more expensive than the DIY versions. A lower-end system for running the game might cost you up to $800, with $1000 being closer for anyone wanting to achieve the recommended settings.
