System Shock tells the story of a lone hacker who is sent to Citadel Space Station after being caught trying to break into some confidential files. After making a deal with the man in charge of the station, the hacker ends up in a 6-month coma to recover from an operation to install some cybernetic enhancement, and when he awakes, the station is in control of the evil AI SHODAN. Now the station is filled with evil mutants, cyborgs, and robots, all of whom are out to get you. You must fight for your life as you try to stop SHODAN and escape the deadly station.

With System Shock being a remake of such an old game, it doesn’t require you to have an over-the-top gaming PC.
