The upcoming zombie MMO The Day Before has got a lot of people excited, and for good reason. Luckily, it’s also not that hard to run as long as you don’t mind not having ray-tracing and other advanced graphical features. The Day Before is a zombie MMO set in a destroyed United States. After the collapse of society, the only way to survive is to scavenge amongst the ruins for supplies and food. However, you’re not going to be able to get what you need to live uncontested. There are other survivors out there who need those supplies and are willing to fight to get them. Not to mention the ravenous hordes of infected out for their own snacks. You’ll need the help of your friends if you want a chance at making it out alive.

What Gaming PC Do We Recommend To Play The Day Before?
While even the recommended settings for The Day Before aren’t particularly high, there are some other factors to consider here. The devs recently showed off that the game will support RTX-native ray-tracing, and with that feature turned on, the game looks incredible. If that doesn’t matter too much to you, then you can probably build a PC yourself that’ll run the recommended settings for around $800. If you want that fancy RTX, you’re going to be shelling out around $2000 if you’re lucky.
If you’re going pre-built then you can probably forget about RTX altogether. Most pre-builts with RTX cards in them get snapped up immediately these days, but if you do find one, it’ll probably be at least $1800 and that’s for the lowest-end of the RTX spectrum. On the other hand, for a smooth experience without the RTX, you’ll only have to spend around $900 at most, so it might be worth thinking twice about whether ray-tracing is worth it or not to you.
