The best Black Friday deals on Amazon Echo speakers
Our top selection is the latest 4th Gen full-sized Amazon Echo. Like all our selections here, it is fully compatible with Amazon Alexa, and with Fire OS, Android, and iOS devices. You can use the device to play music, make and take phone calls hands-free, control smart apps and devices throughout your house, and even use as a stand-in for a soundbar when watching films or other media. As the largest of the Amazon Echos, it has the loudest possible levels of amplification, best sound quality, and comes with the largest price tag.
The Echo Dot 4th gen is essentially the miniature version of the 4th gen Echo, and comes in the same classic ball design. It can be used as a satellite speaker to pair to your full-sized echo, so you can place it in a different room for wider household coverage. Although it doesn’t have the same sound quality as its bigger brother, it still comes with the same functionality if you want a smaller, cheaper standalone alternative.
Finally, we have the previous-gen, 3rd gen Echo dot, which has a flatter, less spherical design, and lacks some of the sound quality of the newer version, but comes in at a cheaper price.
