WWE 2K22 came out after a long time of development compared to previous games from the series. It resulted in some superstars missing the cut even if they debuted and were released or left WWE in this two-and-a-half-year period. Some surprising names that are no longer with WWE are still in the game, but others are not so is fan favorite The Fiend in WWE 2K22?
The Fiend in WWE 2K22?
No. The Fiend is not present in WWE 2K22. It is a shame because Bray Wyatt’s alter ego was a great character, that worked especially well in a gaming environment. There are some other stars that were released around the same time that The Fiend was from WWE in June/July 2021. Braun Strowman, Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Buddy Murphy and more are present in this year’s WWE game, so why is The Fiend not in the game?
We do not know for sure but most likely WWE asked 2K for him to be removed from the game, because of his star-power. It is unknown at this point, but there were plans to include him in the game for sure. His moves and taunts are still present in Create A Move-set creation section.
In addition, you can find his new Entrance and Winning animations in the game as well. There is no theme song for The Fiend, but you can look for his entrance in the Create-An-Entrance section. It is still available under “Fiendish”. There are also two more entrances for the classic Bray Wyatt that you can find under “Firefly Cultist 1” and “Firefly Cultist 2”.
It is a shame that he is not in the game but thanks to community creations you are able to download a CAW of The Fiend.
